Hackers often hack our Facebook ID through various persuasions. Many times it is possible to bring it back and many times it becomes almost impossible. The main reason for this is that your Facebook security is weak in many ways:
Password: Facebook's password should not be used in any other case or it is not right to share it with anyone. Passwords must contain lowercase letters and numbers, at least eight + digits that no one can easily guess. Your own name or someone very close to you, date of birth, wedding anniversary, year of examination etc. Like passwords are risky.
Login: Facebook login information should not be entered anywhere other than Facebook. Hackers often create fake websites and ask for login emails or passwords for Facebook IDs. In this case, first check the URL of the website. If you have any other words or doubts outside of Facebook, write www.facebook.com to Inter your account.
If you login to Facebook on any other device, you must log out after using Facebook. If you forget, log in to Facebook on your phone or any other device and you can identify the device and log out.
If you forget, log in to Facebook on your phone or any other device and you can identify the device and log out.
If you lose your phone or other device, then log in to Facebook, and you can log in to the device.
Caution in accepting friends: Facebook's advice is never to accept someone you don't know as a friend. In this case, hackers can spread spam in your timeline by falsely identifying you as your friend, tagging you in embarrassing posts, or sending hacking messages.
Malicious software or computer: Many times your phone, tab, computer, or even browsing software like Chrome or Firefox can be attacked by special code. If your account continues to automatically send messages to others, or shows incorrect account usage history, or looks like posts in activities that you can't remember, you should be careful.
The computer or mobile is working very slowly, you see the software you have not installed, your search engine has changed but you still have to understand that you are infected.
In this case, Facebook has suggested to clean the computer or mobile using ESET or TrendMicro software. Browser contamination can be done using the Chrome Clean Up tool. Also the web browser should be updated regularly.
